Can I put this in a capsule? 
Yes! You can acquire capsules independently and fill them with products from our line. 

Why cant I get my oil out?
Occasionally, sediments may enter the control spout, causing challenges in achieving a steady flow. Instead of turning the bottle upside down, gently tilt it to the side and give it a slight shake. This method allows the oil to flow, clearing any obstructions, while minimizing the entry of additional sediments.

Can I take my products together? 
It is recommended to separate the intake of our products and other medications by 1-2 hours, serving as a safety precaution due to the extended digestion time of pharmaceuticals and vitamins.
