How To Use: There are two suggested application methods, depending on your desired iodine intake:

Pipette method (Standard) – 900 mcg intake: using the pipette included in your order, add 3 ml of iodine to a half glass of water.

Sprayer method – 150 mcg intake: mix a 50/50 solution of iodine and water, and apply 5 sprays to the back of the throat. Spray nozzle dispenses 0.2 ml per spray. Spray bottles are available upon special request with your order.
