Earning Store Credit
You earn 5% back on every order, calculated from your subtotal before tax and shipping.

Automatic Application
Store credit is automatically linked to the email on your Activation account. You don’t need to do anything — it’s added every time you order.

Past Rewards Converted
Any Rewards Points you had before have already been converted into store credit.

Log In
Use the same email you order with to log in to your Activation account.

Find Your Balance
From your account page, click the Store Credit tab at the top. Your balance will be displayed there.

🍃 How to Use Your Store Credit
Step 1: Log in
Store credit won’t appear if you’re not logged in.

Step 2: Add items to your cart
Choose the products you want — store credit will automatically apply at checkout.

Step 3: Checkout
Your store credit is applied automatically. If there’s still a balance left, you can complete your purchase with a credit card or PayPal.

🍃 Store Credit Rules
Minimum Spend
Orders must have a subtotal of $60 or more to use store credit.

Limit Per Order
Store credit can cover up to 50% of your subtotal, capped at $40 per order.

Automatic Application
Store credit is applied automatically at checkout.

Discount Codes
Store credit cannot be combined with discount codes on the same order.

Subscriptions
Store credit cannot be applied to subscription renewals.

Why isn’t my store credit showing?
Make sure you are logged in using the same email you place orders with. Store credit won’t appear if you’re browsing as a guest.

Can I choose how much store credit to use?
No — the system automatically applies the eligible amount, up to 50% of your subtotal and capped at $40.

Can store credit be used with a discount code?
No — store credit and discount codes cannot be combined on the same order.

Can I use store credit on subscriptions?
Store credit can be applied at checkout for first-time subscription purchases, but it cannot be used inside an active subscription account or on renewal orders.
